Suitable access for vehicles & trailers is required. Vehicles need a minimum unobstructed width of 3.1m and a minimum unobstructed height of 3.7m. Please consider potential obstacles (e.g. playground equipment, flower boxes, bollards, ditches, slopes, benches, or anything which could hinder access) that may prevent the convoy from reaching the event field.
