Pippa Lee is the Artistic Director and one of the Show Managers of Happy’s Circus. With a background in dance and theatre, she began her professional life as a drama teacher at the prestigious B.R.I.T. School before following her passion for Circus arts.

Driven by her love for performance and storytelling, Pippa trained in aerial disciplines—specifically trapeze—at the National Centre for Circus Arts. Her adventurous spirit led her to leave teaching and fully embrace life under the Big Top.

Since joining the Circus world in 2006, Pippa has combined her theatrical expertise with Circus artistry to produce and direct high-quality, engaging shows. She works closely with performers on act development, choreography, music selection, and the design of sets, costumes, and props.

As the vibrant Ring Mistress “Miss Pippa,” she brings warmth, charisma, and high energy to the ring, captivating audiences with fast-paced, family-friendly performances featuring international artists. Pippa’s creative leadership ensures Happy’s Circus remains a source of joy, inspiration, and magic for audiences across the UK.
