Dear Pat and All at Happy’s Circus,

We would just like to say a massive ‘Thank You’ for bringing Happy’s Circus to Smokey Row on Sunday 5th May for ‘Bill’s Big Birthday Bash’.  The communication with you up to the Circus arriving was very informative and the phone calls just prior to the event were extremely helpful in putting our minds at rest that everything would run smoothly.
From the moment Happy’s arrived on Saturday night, Shaun and Pippa, with the Red Unit, ran a thoroughly professional operation and were very accommodating to our needs.  They kept us informed of all stages of the circus set up and were extremely helpful in allowing us to get into the Big Top and set up all our tables and chairs.
They informed us that the Big Top had not been set up like this before but it actually worked very well, enabling our guests to eat within the Big Top.
The show itself was fantastic and I am glad they included Bill, the birthday boy, so much!  Your friendly bunch of performers managed to create a bubble of magical atmosphere inside the Big Top.  We have had many messages from our guests afterwards saying how much they enjoyed the day and what brilliant fun it had all been.  A lot of them actually said they had never been to a circus before and I’m not sure if they knew what to expect!
The dismantling section was incredible too – within in couple of hours from the end of the show the orchard was completely clear again and it was fascinating for us and our guests to be able to see the ‘workings’ of the Big Top.  Your team really were tremendous and it is amazing to see how such a small amount of people can create such a great show from set up to performing to the clear up.
We thoroughly enjoyed the day we had ‘A Circus in the Garden’ and we would highly recommend anyone else to do it!  It was a day we will certainly never forget!

Family Fun Day Testimonial :

The Gratton Trust Charity decide to offer the community something different from the usual fundraising family fun day this year, and what an inspired choice Happy’s Circus turned out to be. From the first telephone call they could not have been more helpful; explaining the show; advising on best ways to sell tickets and even helping to set up a facility to accept online payments.

As the event drew near they were back in touch making sure everything was going to plan and providing contact details for the day. The crew arrived on Saturday evening to set up, ready for the next day. The charity was encouraged to offer food and drink to supplement income and compliment the concessions offered by the circus.

We opted to offer a circus skills workshop ahead of the show and it was magical to watch children young and old tackling juggling and balancing tricks. Not as easy as it looks making us all appreciate just how skilled the Happy’s Circus troupe are when we saw the real thing!

The tension mounted as opening time approached and there were queues to be the first to find a seat – no one need have worried because everyone had a fantastic view. We were then enthralled with 2 hours of awe inspiring circus skills mixed with perfectly timed comedy routine from Ross and Pip!

Happy’s Circus’s attention to detail was second to none from our first enquiry to the sad wave of goodbye as the circus departed.

We will certainly use Happy’s Circus again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, fun packed and laughter filled afternoon, with the added bonus of a great fundraiser!
