Join secret agent clowns, Happy and Pip, as they carry out their mission to free the performers of the Halloween Circus from the evil spell cast by the Baroness Von Wicked. For years she has lured unfortunate performers to her circus in order to scare them silly and steal their sparkle, turning them into the very thing of which they are most scared. Will Happy and Pip be able to avoid the Baroness’s attempts to scare them too? Will they be able to break the spell and help the artists to regain their sparkle? Will Happy overcome his fear of almost everything to live up to his secret agent credentials?
